  • Which areas do you service?

    We deliver and install throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho, California.

  • What materials do you use?

    We use high-quality American made galvanized steel. For More information click here for our Materials page.

  • What size will I need?

    The building you choose is going to be based off what you are covering, you are going to want to get accurate measurements. For example, an RV, 8ft Wide by 30 feet long, with an air conditioner unit at 13 feet tall. Would fit perfect into a 12 x 31 x 12 RV cover. For More information click fact sheet.

  • Do I need a permit?

    We will build it either way, but this would be up to you and your county. Every county differs, you would want to contact your local county and find out if the size of building you need, is going to need to be built to code.

  • What is Built to Code?

    Having your building built to code means it is going to be built to meet your county's specific snow load and wind requiremets. Engineered buildings include stamped plans that are needed to take to your county for permit. For More information click fact sheet.

  • Is delivery and installation included?

    Yes it is! Yep you heard correctly, we will deliver and install your building free of charge!

  • Can I order a building and install it myself?

    Absolutely, you can install our building yourself. Although we do not charge for delivery or installation on your level land. You can pick up the materials or we can deliver the materials for those customers who would prefer DIY projects. We provide a printable installation manual at no charge.

  • Where is the best location for my building?

    The key to a successful installation of any of our products is to make sure that our product is installed on a leveled, square surface. We do not perform any site preparation.

  • How do I order, and what is the process?

    Once you choose the right building, a 12% deposit will be due and a signed invoice. Special orders will require an additional 38% deposit. We use Adobe esign, making the invoice very easy to sign electronically.

  • Am I ready for my building?
    • Measurements correct?
    • Building over existing structure? Let us know, there is a build over fee.
    • Going on concrete? You are going to want to make sure you leave 3" inches on each side to avoid cracking. Otherwise L brackets will need to be used.
    • Land level within 2 to 4"? If not, let us know, we can cut to level!
    • Are there power lines, water mains, anything that would set us back while installing?
    • 2' Clearance around where building will be going? If not, let us know!
  • How long until I hear from someone about scheduling?

    Scheduling will contact you about a week or 2 in advance to go over your building details and setup a timeframe for installation.

  • When will I receive my engineered plans?

    Please allow 2-3 weeks for plans, after full deposit has been received. If you are getting in-house drawings for pre-approval, you should expect to receive your plans in 1-2 weeks.

  • When do I pay the additional 38% on my custom order?

    Non-engineered buildings, due at the time of scheduling.

  • Are you satisfied with your new building?

    Please send in pictures! We absolutely love getting pictures of these amazing buildings. We don't always get to see the finished job, so it really means a lot to us. We would also appreciate some positive reviews on our Facebook, Google, Twitter.

  • Can I add on to the building after installation?

    Absolutely! Please note, that you can only add on to the length of your building up to a year after installation. Also, if it's under $800.00 there will be a shipping charge (estimated $150).
